How are task sizes determined?
The TaskNugget Assistant reviews the client's brief and assigns a size band via our algorithm. That size sets the lead fee: clear, consistent, and shown before you commit.
Do clients pay to post tasks?
No. Clients post tasks for free. Taskers only pay a lead fee when both parties choose to work together.
When is the lead fee charged?
After free messaging and estimates, only once the client and tasker both commit. Message first to check the lead is still hot. No shortlist fees for browsing or chatting.
Can taskers upgrade or downgrade their plan?
Yes. Taskers can change their subscription any time from Settings → Subscription. Paid plans discount lead fees and can unlock direct booking links.
What is direct booking?
Professional and Premium taskers get booking links to bring past or off-platform clients onto TaskNugget, and past clients can rebook you after a reviewed job. The lead fee on those curated jobs is waived. If you decline, the task can open so another tasker on the platform can take it.
Do referral shares earn anything?
Taskers can earn fee credits when sharing some tasks. When referred peers sign up and pay lead fees, those credits are used against future lead fees.
